The View - a giant project at Stockholm's inlet

In Nacka Strand, just outside Stockholm, an office property from the 1990s is converted to 270 new homes. Thanks to over 10,000 square meters of weather protection, the object is kept dry and protected during the construction period. It also makes it possible to add a penthouse floor onto the property's roof. In this project, access as well as the object’s location, size and height offer major challenges.
